Digital Rethink

Time to Regain Control

What are your current online habits?
How do they serve you?
What are your objectives?
Which channels should you use?
How do you balance connecting, sharing, creating, and commenting?
How do you measure “success”?
How can you stay organized?

Your files, photos, and emails should serve you—not swamp you. I create tailored organizational plans, including naming conventions, filing and tagging systems, storage and backup strategies, and digitizing physical documents. Which photos and videos to keep? Managing music and other documents? How to store files for easy access? These are just some of the questions to deal with.

01.

Initial Assement

We start by mapping your digital life: devices, clouds, email accounts, photos, and subscriptions. You’ll share what feels messy or overwhelming.

We’ll identify the key areas to focus on.

Together, we’ll set clear objectives to streamline your digital world.

02.

Taking Inventory

You’ll guide me through your digital landscape. We’ll assess your current digital assets, identify problem areas, and create a personalized digital organization plan.

This will include understanding your file storage, local software and cloud services, and digital devices.

03.

System Design

I’ll develop a highly customized plan for your digital landscape and lifestyle.

We set up simple, broad categories that are easy to keep up with: a file structure that makes sense, a photo intake routine, and an email triage method.

04.

Implementation

We roll up our sleeves: archive or delete outdated files, sort photos, unsubscribe from excess emails, clear downloads, and trim apps. Visible progress fast.

We’ll also digitize important physical documents and integrate them into your digital system.

05.

Daily & Weekly Habits

I’ll guide you in setting light-touch routines: 5 minutes daily for inbox, 30 minutes weekly for files/photos.

Enough to stay in control, not tied to screens.

06.

Ongoing Clarity

We’ll check in on your new system after a few weeks, tweak what’s not working, and confirm it feels natural and sustainable.

Steps to Take:

Be selective with what you keep.
Implement a thorough digital cleanup.
Develop and maintain a plan for managing your digital data.
