Meet Your
smart reduction
and legacy coach

Hello, I’m Klaus

I’ve moved countries twice when I was younger. I had to practice the art of letting go and making hard choices. Moving houses in the US and living in a relatively small home helped me to sharpen my focus in what possession are worth holding on to.

I constantly remove things from life that don’t serve me. It allows me to be more focused and present overall. As a result I know where my belongings are. I prefer a life spent living over a life spent looking.

I use what I have in my workspace, kitchen and closets. The books on my shelves are either intended to be read in the future, serve as resource for future projects or are there for conversation and sharing with friends. I put many books I’ve read into my tiny library to share them with the community

I am hard to shop for because I have what I want or need. Sometimes I chose to upgrade a particular item. I might buy a new bike helmet or tea kettle every few years. I also keep my digital devices up to date.

My two cars are both older. I keep them in good shape and they don’t need any replacement soon.

Many of my wardrobe items are timeless. They could be 10 or 30 years old but you wouldn’t be able to tell. I developed my own timeless style.

I work hard but I also value balance in life and make sure to have time for friendship, peace, ease, creativity, laughter and love. Staying fit and active are essential parts of my life

Working with Me

My work touches on overall stress & fear reduction, ending procrastination and unlocking our full potential in life. These are things I want for myself and for you as well.

Assessment first

We map your space and/or your digital world, set goals, and discuss constraints. I aim for meaningful results — whether you’re downsizing, preparing for a move, or optimizing your digital and physical world.

Plan + momentum

I coach, co-work beside you, or execute it all — my role depends on your preference and needs.

Systems that stick

Simple rules, right containers, clear labels, light routines. I’m not a minimalist – I’m a common sense guy with a strong focus on what matters and what doesn’t. I only ask the questions. You get to provide the answers.

Whole-life approach

Physical, digital, schedule, and legacy—because clutter hides in all four.
We won’t look for perfection, we rather target excellence. Something we feel is obtainable and maintainable. I’m fine with settling for massive improvements and reaching our goals.

If you want your home (and life) to feel simplified, transformed and more energized—let’s go.
